Good Questions.
How long does a custom order take?
Depends on the piece. Apparel and mugs: 1–2 weeks. 3D prints and metal art: 2–3 weeks. Hand-painted sneakers: 3–4 weeks. You'll get a specific timeline with your quote.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes — up to two rounds of revisions included on the design/mockup stage before production starts. Changes after production begins may incur additional charges.
How does shipping work?
Everything ships tracked via USPS or UPS from Orlando, FL. US shipping is $8–$20 depending on size. International shipping available on request.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently accepting Zelle and CashApp. Payment details are sent with your quote. A 50% deposit is required before work begins; remaining 50% before shipping.
Can you work from my sketch or reference?
Absolutely — the more references the better. Attach them to your order form submission. I can also work from written descriptions if you have a clear vision.
Do you do commercial or bulk orders?
Small-batch yes (under 20 pieces). For larger orders, reach out directly and we'll work out custom pricing and timelines.
What about refunds?
Because every piece is made to order, all sales are final once production starts. If there's a defect or shipping damage, I'll make it right — just message me within 7 days of delivery.
